The Dayton Flyers continue to be the Cinderella team of this tournament. They outscored Stanford 82-72 last night. It was a true team effort with 11 players scoring. Their starting five combined for 38 points. The rest was scored by the Flyers’ bench.
Fun Math Problem for grade 2 and up:
How many points did the bench players score?
And for grade 4 and up:
Determine the average points contributed by each of the six scoring bench players.
